Of course, there are so many routines that you can manage if you really wanna do, and l hope if you follow the instructions that you have been given the way they are without doubt hopefully you will end up with a good result, so you are the rider of your journey. Every change starts with you. Be ready to be patient and never ever give up as you realized in this world nothing is going on the way you wanna or like and nothing is permanent. Here I have a schedule for you and it will be your daily routine to loss your weight.
6AM - 7AM
warm water or green tea with empty stomach.
BREAKFAST 7AM - 8AM
1 plate 30 to 40gm.
11AM - 12PM
Apple & Watermelon or any seasonal fruits.
LUNCH 1PM - 2PM
4PM - 5PM
Drink a cup of coffee & Green tea
With less sugar.
DINNER 8PM - 9PM
There is a proverb that says: Eat breakfast alone, share lunch with your friends, and give dinner to your enemy. It means;
Eat breakfast alone, this means don't skip to eat breakfast.
Share lunch with your friends, this means don't be too late to eat your lunch.
Give dinner to your enemy, this means don't eat dinner at night because you will no longer need to work on it during the night.
Consistency is the key of success!
