INTRODUCTION ABOUT WEIGHT LOSS:

Greeting to all of you my followers also welcome to our plog again and again thank you so much for your concentration and attention. I would like to share with you something called weight loss as you heard lots of times, so here I'm gonna introduce the meaning of  weight loss but before we start our journey whatever you can reduce your weight don't shame it try your best as well as you can. I'm requesting to all of you to follow-up with our plog here we go but know one thing nothing is hard in this world so it depends on you either you look at the positive side or the negative side and let me add one thing, nothing changes if nothing changes so change your mindset and go ahead forever.

Weight lose is a decrease in body weight by either following a diet and exercise regime or because of involuntarily circumstances such as illness and so on.

What are the seven simple steps for effective weight loss?

1. Set Clear Goals: Trust God, have a purpose, plan your goal, write it to somewhere, think about it, tell yourself that you can do it as much as you can, stay motivated always, have a target, have a specific time to do it.

2. Eat a Balanced diet: Focus on whole foods like fruits eg, Banana, Watermelon, Pineapple, Guava, Avocado, Acai, Papaya, Strawberry, Lemon, Cherry, Grapes, Orange, Apricot and so on. 

Vegetables. Eg, Broccoli, Onion, Green beans, Spinach, Kale, Okra, Carrot, Potato, Sweet potato, Cabbage and so on. 

Lean proteins. Eg, Chicken, Cheese, Beef, Turkey, Fish, Eggs, Greek yogurt and so on.

Whole grains. Eg, Brown rice, Oats, Whole wheat bread, Barley, Millet, Maize and so on.

3. Portion Control: Be mindfull of serving sizes to avoid over eating. Use smaller plates if necessary.

4. Stay Hydrated: Drink lots of water approximately three liters throughout the day because sometimes thirst is mistaken for hunger.

5. Regular Exercise: Frequency run at least 3-5 times a week or run at least 30 minutes per day.

6. Get Enough Sleep: Sleep at 8-9 hours of quality sleep each night to support metabolism and overall health.

7. Monitor your progress: Keep a food diary or use apps to track your meals, exercise and weight loss to stay accountable.
