1. Calculate the total weight loss needed: Subtract your weight from your current weight.
2. Dive by the weekly loss rate: Use the 0.5 to 1 kg rate to determine how many weeks it might take for example if you want to lose 10 kg, it could take about 10 to 20 weeks.
